Flock Dispersal. This is a line of 90 5 & 6 year old SIL Merino ewes, comprising 62 White tag 2017 drop and 28 Black Tag 2016 drop. The ewes are vendor bred and are SIL (83 Singles/7 Multiples) to high indexing LBW White Suffolk Sires. When selecting these White Suffolk rams, the vendor selects rams with a low-moderate birth weight and high growth & muscle figures. They are a nice line of easy care ewes that are SIL, drenched & crutched. These sheep are in the prime of their breeding life and would be a fantastic addition to a larger flock, or a nice line for a stand alone breeding flock. They would be equally suited to a crossbred operation, or suitable to swing back into a merino operation next lambing.
