Crossbred Flock Dispersal. This is a line of 95 3 & 4 year old vendor bred SIL 1st B/L Merino X ewes. The ewes are bred on the property and are SIL (82 Singles/13 Multiples) to high indexing White Suffolk Sires. When selecting these White Suffolk rams, the vendor selects rams with a low-moderate birth weight and high growth & muscle figures. They are a nice line of easy care ewes that are SIL, drenched & crutched. They would be a fantastic addition to a larger flock, or a nice line for a stand alone breeding flock. These ewes weaned 115% of crossbred lambs last lambing. Please note the vendor has 3 lines of SIL 1st X ewes in todays sale.
