Assessor Comments
A quality line of Vendor bred SIL maiden ewes. These are a neat even line of well bred ewes out of the Glenowie Poll Merino stud at Farrell Flat and would suit either a self replacing operation or terminal program. The Glenowie flock is well known for their large frame, heavy wool cut on a plain easy care poll merino ewe. These ewes have scanned up exceptionally well to a WS ram with a foetus scanning rate at 146% and is testament to their breeding. These ewes are from a Brucc accredited and MN3 status flock.
Due to lamb to quality Ashmore WS rams early April for 7 weeks. A great opportunity to purchase outstanding strong, large frame ewes in prime condition for lambing and have many breeding years ahead of them.
