The worn mouths at assessment were mainly general wear with 60% presenting slightly worn and the other 40% being moderately worn. 1 x Ewe was found to have a broken mouth but still sound.
Assessor Comments
Buyers an opportunity to buy 4 decks of VGQ Station Mated Mumblebone CFA merino ewes. These ewes present predominantly in store condition & are best described as medium to large frame. The "Boran" sheep are very highly regarded for the quality of wool they produce each year and average 5.5kg wool cuts. These ewes have just had 94% weaners pulled off the day prior to assessment. At assessment 4 x ewes noticed with slightly scaly ears but no cancers. An opportunity to buy a very reputable line of ewes to shear, join to ram of choice or fatten. Vendor also has 2 x other lots in the same sale.
