Comment on Fat Score 1 Sheep
All the E/L were assessed as score 1's which presented in store condition and would travel anywhere following the correct travel guidelines. These E/L have only been grazing on natural pasture and are paddock reared. With recent weather conditions it has been very difficult to prepare and present livestock for sale. With Double C program focusing on presenting breeding livestock in working condition to excel, rather then being show fed and not being realistic for paddock life.

Assessor Comments
A tidy line of Double C pastoral F1 Australian White composite ewe lambs/Hoggets May 21 to Oct 21 drop (9-14months of age) , SIL 6-13 weeks, shorn, presenting in store condition. Predominantly all E/L were bred from purchased meatmaster & white dorper ewes sired by Gamadale A/W rams which is the daughter stud to tattykeel. A small percentage are pure A/W but will be treated as composite. Chad family have over 9 years of Australian White Production through either the commercial or stud side that focuses on fertility and performance based under natural pasture grazing conditions. These ewes present in store condition given no special treatment as they are ready for a fresh paddock to lamb out, in which they will flourish given correct nutrition. Opportunity presents as these ewes are SIL to Double C Aussie White Ram Lambs, Blue Tag Eligible. Note: 1x E/L has a small twisted foot but moves freely & is not deemed detrimental. Same vendor has 2 other lots of SIL E/L in the same sale.
