This is a line of 368 July/August 2020 drop Cashmore Oaklea SIL ewes (offered as 2 runs out the gate of 184). These ewes are ideal as an addition any composite flock, or to purchase to begin a stand alone commercial flock.
The vendor purchased some of these ewes direct off Cashmore Park in this sale last year, and grew them out. The balance are out of the vendors own self replacing Cashmore Oaklea flock.
The vendor purchases rams annually from Cashmore Oaklea and when selecting sires looks for traits such as high growth rates, low birth weights, high FEC's, positive fat and black feet and noses.
These ewes are all SIL as multiples at scanning and are joined to Pioneer White Suffolk rams, with the rams selected in the top 10% of the breed for growth and muscle.
These ewes are highly recommended.
