Assessor Comments
A good line of very quiet Angus heifers, on their first calf. Heifers were purchased privately as part of a larger lot of PTIC heifers out of SA, before being calved down & mothered into lines based on calf colour. This line represents the heifers which have calved to black calves. Heifers present as mostly good to medium in frame, with the odd heifer showing a little more stretch & height. They are producing good milk, which is nourishing a very attractive line of marked & vaccinated FISH CREEK SPECKLE PARK sired calves. Presenting in fresh store condition these heifers are cleaning up in the coat, & would put considerable weight on quickly with access to fresher, more available feed. A great opportunity to secure good quality, exceptionally quiet, young breeders with sappy Speckle Park calves at foot (displaying good muscling with the bonus of a black coat) & a lifetime of production ahead of them. 4 calves marked at assessment. Another line of 1st calvers also on offer this sale
