ASSESSED AS A 53 - Cows have been well handled and are used to being yarded. They flowed through the yards with ease, with only 2 -3 Cows nervous under pressure. These Cows handled the assessment process without any fuss with only 8-10 Cows becoming a little unsettled in the crush, but nothing of aggressive nature. Please note that these Cows were yarded & Pregnancy Tested only 4 days before the assessment.

53 PTIC 4th Calving Angus Cows (presented as a run out the gate split 27 & 26). Purchased as a 'one mark' line of Heifers in November 2022 to grow on and join as Breeders, these Cows have taken to their role and not looked back, calves year on year have improved as cows have matured and should still be calving some of their best progeny as rising 6 year old units. PTIC to Hazelwood Stud & Leawood Stud Angus Bulls to commence calving from August 3rd onwards. A longer joining, but under Vet assessment, cows are heavy in calf (5-7 months) & anything that seemed backward or lacked in condition has not been presented (7 Cows).
This mob presents mostly in store to forward store condition & would be ideal to take on for someone with feed ahead of them. A line of well mannered, quality Angus breeders with plenty of potential & upside for anyone looking to inject some quality genetics and performance into an existing herd or would also suit the start of a new breeding program as mature cows. Please note the odd Cow with an old pink eye scar (see photos attached)
