Outstanding line of PTIC Rennylea Angus cows to calve in July/ August. These are predominantly young cows with 25 of the 28 head are between 2.5- & 4.5-year-old. They are in calf to elite Rennylea Bulls, all +4.9 IMF EBVs (all top 10% of the breed) and all top 15% across the indexes - see sire links attached. The Skinners are very passionate Angus breeders and have been using AI throughout the herd for the past 9 years to turbo charge genetic gain. Selection pressure is placed on every female with a hard-line approach to culling on visual, structural soundness, temperament as well as genomics (heifer select) in the last 5 years. Steers from this herd have won multiple awards including most recently coming first at Beef 2024 National Beef Carcase Competition. This is a truly exciting opportunity to purchase young females from an elite breeding program and would suit the most discerning Angus breeder.
