Assessor Comments
1st stage dispersal of the autumn calving cows off Windarra. These cows are the lead draft of the second calvers and are the best cows Windarra have bred. These cows are due to start calving mid February for a short 7 week joining and are in calf to top end banquet bulls. The vendor is moving solely to spring calving. All these 2nd calvers were calved down as 2.5 year old heifers in February and had good calves weaned of them 6 weeks ago. They are good cows in the prime of there life and will make great breeders going forward. A small percentage of cows and old eye scaring and a small amount of white near udder. **NOTE** They will be offered as 2 lots of 30 cows ran out the gate. Windarra Farms will offer 122 x 2nd calvers & 70 x PTIC Heifers in this sale over 7 lots.
