Cattle were generally good to handle in the yards and through the race and crush. 12 cows were moderately agitated in and exiting the crush while another cow was highly agitated. I would describe them as more nervous then stirry. They simply did not like the pressure in the crush. They were good to handle in the yards (see video). Nothing was noted as aggressive.

A fair through to mostly good and very good quality line of young vet PTIC cows. These cows were purchased in early Jan 2024 with calves at foot and rejoined to Angus bulls. They were vet preg tested on 08/05/24 and found to 7 head 15 - 20 weeks in calf (3.5 - 5 months) and 27 head 22 - 30 weeks in calf (5 - 7 months in calf). They had very good quality Angus x calves taken off them on 20/03/24 which averaged 279 kg and are shown in the last three photos. The cows are 17% small frame, 42% medium frame and 41% large frame and their breed types are typical of WA pastoral bred cattle. They are 100% Life time traceable. They are rising 4 years old based on their original assessment. They were good to handle in the yards with a percentage just getting nervous in the confined crush. The vendor reports that they are good to handle with bikes in a paddock situation. These are functional cows that have weaned a very good quality soft crossbred weaner and are back in calf to the same bulls.
