80 PTIC ANGUS COWS SOLD AS 2 LOTS OF 40 AS A RUN OUT THE GATE. 4-6 YEARS OLD (PREDOMINANTLY 6 YEARS OLD) PTIC 3-5 MONTHS IN CALF TO PALGROVE & MINNIE-VALE CHAROLAIS BULLS. MEDIUM FRAMED COWS PRESENTING IN FORWARD STORE CONDITION TO AVERAGE 463KGS AT DELIVERY. COWS WERE PURCHASED BY PREVIOUS OWNER AS HEIFERS FROM A+ AND WEANER SALES - PURCHASING QUALITY HEIFERS WITH GOOD GENETICS TO SUIT BREEDING F1 WAGYU CALVES. SINCE BEING PURCHASED COWS HAVE RAISED OUTSTANDING CHAROLAIS CALVES WHICH WERE WEANED ON THE 23/07/26 AT 5 MONTHS OLD TO AVERAGE APPROXIMATELY 230KGS. COWS WERE RUNNING ON SHORT NATIVE PASTURES ON VENDORS BACK HILL COUNTRY AFTER CALVES WERE WEANED. COWS WERE MOVED ONTO MIXED IMPROVED PASTURES INCLUDING PHALARIS, COCKSFOOT AND SUB CLOVERS ON THE 4/9/26 - RETURNED TO SAME PASTURES AFTER ASSESSMENT. A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO PURCHASE A GOOD LINE OF ANGUS COWS WITH ALL THE HARD WORK DONE.
