Assessor Comments
68 Angus X Angus PTIC 2nd calvers joined to Tivoli Angus bulls. These young cows exhibit great weight for age, structure and length. They are to calve commencing late June for an 8 week window. The cows have returned to dry native pastures where they have been averaging 0.4kg ADG. The cows weighed 514kg - 730kg to average 584kg FULL. Preg tested by Alana a local vet and can supply a certificate on request. Bull bloodlines are Tivoli Angus whose lines go back to Baldrige Command & Baldridge Alternative. Vendors purchase their bulls based on a balance of postive IMF, 200 day growth, postive EMA and calving ease producing progeny that will provide a greater carcass for eating quality. These young cows are in forward condition and present a great buying opportunity for the buyer to calve down to increase their breeding numbers. Cows that were mouthed ranged from 4-6 teeth and all sound. 8 cows with a partially blue eye, 2 with a small white patch on the near side flank and 5 with a small white patch on the udder. 19hd are EU and can deliver that way 2 more lots in this sale
