Assessor Comments
The Kingston Angus Stud since inception has only worked with the best genetics available in Australia and the USA, Using sires and dams with well balanced EBV’s. The Stud has always had the commercial herd breeder in mind and has have emphasized good structure, calving ease and temperament in their bulls and breeding females. The stud’s Angus Breeding Index's in Domestic slaughter, Heavy Grain index and Heavy Grass Index are all well above the average of the angus breed. A great opportunity for another stud or the commercial breeder to secure some carefully put together genetic registered females with all of their breeding futures a head of them. Heifers are PTIC for their first calf and are due to start calving from mid August, heifers are in calf to top quality Kingston Angus sire KIN24V04 with a birth weight of +0.7 for ease of calving. Great young PTIC females not to be missed.
