Assessor Comments
Offering 95 x 95 Brahman Cross Cows and Calves. These cows averaged 415kg live at assessment after a big overnight curfew and are doing a great job on their calves. The calves at foot are a good line of unbranded Angus cross calves that weighed 136kg average and should grow out into handy weaners in a few months that are all sired by Texas Angus Bulls. These cows are majority older cows that are putting everything into their calves and when weaned will be a handy trade option for the kill market. Don't miss this opportunity to purchase a great split and trade option to take advantage of the great potential in the fat cow market later in the year. Please note at assessment a few cows were showing fly rub, 3 with bottle teats, 4 with longer toes and some with eye scarring. Please note this assessment was carried out on the 04/03/25 and have since had 150mm of rain since then with great feed conditions on offer.
