Buyers a large offering of Angus steer yearlings averaging 311kg, offered a/c Ormley. A total of 93 in the line, to be offered in 3x lines of 31 run out the gate. These 13-14 month old steers are very well bred and extremely quiet to handle especially given the large line being offered! Whilst these steers still present with their winter woolies, over the last four weeks they have been gaining on average 1.5kg/day! They have good frame and length, with shape and style. Going forward they should continue to grow out into well finished yearlings suitable for all grassfed markets being Greenhams NE acc. and NG/NA or alternatively would suit feedlot entry
Note: 3 steers in total of the 93 that are not straight Angus. Two black baldie steers and one 3/4 Angus, 1/4 Shorthorn steer that can be removed if purchaser desired
