Buyers a top line of well-bred Shorthorn steer yearlings averaging 365kg. These steers were purchased ex Durham, Mole Creek as light weaner steers. Since Spring, these steers are taking full advantage of the feed available and are currently gaining 2.5kg/day. They are medium to large frame and are displaying great shape, style and type. Going forward, they should continue to develop into well finished yearlings suitable for all grassfed markets being Greenhams NE, JBS FA and NG/NA.
