Buyers the top line of well bred Shorthorn steer weaners averaging 276kg offered a/c Fonthill. These young steers have been weaned for 6 weeks now and are really starting to hit their straps! They were also extremely quiet to handle throughout the assessment process, and are a credit to the vendor. They have very good frame and length, and are displaying shape, style and bone. Going forward, these steers should grow out into well finished heavyweight steers suitable for all grassfed markets being Greenhams NE, JBS FA and NG/NA
