Annual draft of the Lakala PTIC EU accredited heifers to calve in a tight 3 weeks (one cycle) from late-August to mid-September. Being sold in 2 x one-deck lots of 24 & 25 head (49 head total). These heifers are very well grown, and in excellent order, weighing 439kg full (392-516kg) at assessment. All in calf to select low birthweight calving ease Team Te Mania heifer bulls (sire links attached). These heifers will develop into deep bodied functional breeders for many years to come. Lakala turns off over 400 steer progeny annually & have a very good reputation amongst major feedlotters with over 40% of some cohorts achieving a marble score 5+ in a longfed program. This herd produces highly functional & easy-care cattle that come with our highest recommendation. Please note; Lakala are offering a total of 234 head in this sale.
