These steers handled well through the yards while being weighed, drafted and filmed. 1 steer exited the crush a little faster than the others and was a bit pushy in the yard while being filmed.

Assessor Comments
A great opportunity to purchase a small run of vendor bred Angus feeder steers. These steers handled well while being assessed and would grow out to excellent bullocks or onto heavier feeder weights. Bred to perform, these steers are out of a Rennylea / Glenruben blood cow herd, by Rennylea Angus bulls - Only Rennylea bulls have been purchased over the last 6yrs. Vendor has done a great job on these steers given the very tough Autumn / winter they have come through. Weights - 321kg - 347kg to Ave 333kg at assessment. NOTE - A small % has old warts and 1/3 have old ringworm. Vendor has a further 244 steers in this sale being sold as another lot of 85 feeder steers - Bovillis MH + IBR treated, 80 feeder steers - Bovillis MH + IBR & 79 Feeder steers NOT treated with Bovillis MH + IBR.
