These are an impeccably bred line of EU Accredited Team Te Mania Angus steers. Bred at Casterton and sent to Holbrook to escape the tough western district winter, these steers are absolutely flying, currently averaging 1.71kg/day since last weighing on 20th of October. All steers weighed 320kg+ to average 360kg full (320-427kg) at assessment. Worthing East are an ACR recorded Team Te Mania herd, with top Te Mania AI and lease Bulls used annually, focusing on high growth and marbling (IMF). These steers would be ideal to continue on grass to target high end feedlots or grassfed markets. Steers that will not disappoint. Please note, seven head observed with an old eye scar (worst removed) and one with a small amount of white on pizzle (see photo). Vendor also has another lot of lighter steers in this sale for a total of 113 steers being offered.
