Assessor Comments
Buyers a great opportunity to secure the lead 4 decks of the no6 Burenda black weaner steers .These steers are out of large framed Brangus Cows sired by high priced Bellevue, Palgrove, JK ,and Gidyea Ultrablack and Brangus bulls , they show good bone with length and depth of body coupled with tremendous weight for age. Steers Ideally suited to go onto crop to be taken through to all Premium Grass fed programmes as no HGP ,antibiotics or grain. Alternatively they would suit domestic feeder job as the DBR cattle are sought after by repeat buyers when normally sold at heavier weights to feed for 100 day programmes. Please note the 5 strs deemed as later cut were kept as bulls and castrated at weaning . One steer noted with slight blight scarring in one eye not considered detrimental. Vendor has 2 decks coloured brothers this sale.
