Assessor Comments
139 GQ Vendor Bred Angus Cross Heifers. Majority Exhibit Medium to Large Bone, Length, Depth and Frame for their age. They have Good Feet, mostly Tidy Heads & are Quiet. Ideal Heifers to grow out to Trade or Heavy Feeder weights with majority of them suitable for the Supermarket Trade. The pick would also be suitable to retain as Breeders. They were 100% weighed & assessed after 8 hours off feed & 2 hours off water. They are Mid July 2025 to late October 2025 drop so would be confident they are all Milk Teeth. They have been on agistment at "Knapdale" since early April & originated from Vendor's properties "Tiabundie" & "Rotherwood" in the Bingara/Barraba regions of NSW. They have not had access to Bulls since being at Knapdale & no Heifers showed any signs of being in calf. Take notice of the compensatory weight gain available in these Heifers. Vendor has another 2 mobs in the same sale of Angus Steers & Crossbred Steers. Please factor above traits into your bidding. Knapdale is Prickly Acacia Free (disregard seedless trees in photo background).
