Excellent temperament with steers filing through the pound draft and race with minimal fuss. Small percentage became slightly agitated when locked in the headbail or turned around in the race. all settled quickly and comfortably once released.

4 decks of very good quality weaned steers from the highly regarded "Lazy A Droughtmaster" commercial herd. A run of good quality #6 weaner steers that are ideal to take through to feed on weights or grow through to grass bullocks. Well suited to southern markets with only 16 steers showing minimal hump height. 100% reds and honeys in colour, Vendor bred with 1 x brand. All weaned and handled with from the 15/4/26 until delivery. These steers come from an outstanding commercial herd with numerous repeat buyers that can attest to the quality and do-ability. Drafted into a neat line with the tail removed and ranging from 225 to 349kg at assessment 41% between 225 and 265kg, 37% between 265kg and 300kg and 22% between 300 and 349kg full weight. 100% weighed at assessment for buyers confidence. Well handled steers with good moderate frame, tidy heads & an excellent temperament. Presenting a great opportunity to secure a line of quality weaner steers with proven performance.

Grazing Conditions
A very good quality stand of green Mitchell, Flinders and buffell grass on undulating broken frontage country. Summer herbage is abundant throughout the paddock with the Flinders and button grasses beginning to change colour now.
