192 DROUGHTMASTER & DROUGHTMASTER CROSS FEEDER HEIFERS. 6 DECKS OF HEIFERS THAT ARE SET UP TO PUT TO A BULL OF YOUR CHOICE OR FEED ON GRASS OR GRAIN. THESE HEIFERS SHOW GOOD WEIGHT FOR AGE, WITH GOOD BONE, FRAME & EVEN MUSCLING. THEY WEIGHED 312KG TO 439KG & AVERAGED 349KG AT ASSESSMENT. THESE HEIFERS HAVE A REPUTATION FOR GROWTH & THE HC HERD HAS BEEN INVESTING IN GLENLANDS GENETICS FOR OVER 20 YEARS. IT WAS NOTED THAT 5 HEIFERS HAD MINIMAL FLY BITE SCARING. PLEASE NOTE DELIVERY IS ON FARM 60KM SOUTH OF HUGHENDEN WITH 6KM OF BLACK SOIL ROAD SO DELIVERY IS WEATHER DEPENDENT. THESE HEIFERS ARE FROM A PRICKLY ACIACA FREE PROPERTY & ARE IN A TICK FREE AREA.

119 vendor bred & 73 bought heifers. The Herbertvale breeding operation has invested substantially into high-quality Glenlands Bulls for over 20 years.
Grazing Conditions
These Heifers have been grazing on open downs type country consisting of Mitchell, Flinders, some Buffel grass and natural herbages'. There is still plenty of colour in the feed with there being 40mm here last week.
