The slightly stirry & the quiet steers in the crush did run away when released but settled once in the mob. In the yards they have a large flight zone & move quickly around the yards, they do settle when given time but slight movements did unsettle them. These steers require good stock handling practices & are easily unsettled. Steers are very unsettled & quick moving when isolated on their own.

Buyers a predominately British heavy feeder steers that could go straight into a 100 day programme or taken on to a grass programme for export market. There are 3 steers that are under 380 kg after curfew. These steers show good weight for age with there being only 2 x 2 teeth. The late cut steer has not lost all of his male characteristics see photos.
