Buyers, very good quality EU ACCREDITED & PCAS ELIGIBLE heifers that have presented in store condition. These historic JJ7 Partnership-bred cattle are being offered as Havelock moves through its upcoming purchase and transition to Campbell Pastoral Holdings, representing the first offering of Havelock cattle under the new ownership. The lead of these heifers have been retained for breeding purposes. As mentioned, these are just the heifers that are still mainly straight Poll Hereford and contain at least 60 years of pure Warren Point bloodlines. These heifers will suit a backgrounding operation to take up to domestic feedlot entry weights or retain for future breeding purposes. Be confident there will be no chance of calf in any of these as any of the heavier end over 200kgs back in July were vaccinated with Cyclase. There are a few with eye scarring and photos have been attached demonstrating the worst of these however, there doesn’t appear to be any with any sight issues. They are extremely quiet and had a big sweat prior to being assessed so I would expect plenty of compensatory gains on arrival to their new destination. These will fit comfortably on a 2-deck unit and there is also a 3-deck line of the black heifers from the same property available in the sale.

Last exposed to bulls back in April 2026 as followers on the cows. Unilkely these would have been cycling due to weight and age however at weaning any heifer over 200kgs were treated with Cyclase to eradicate any chance of pregnancy in any of them.
