Assessor Comments
A very good line of 1 brand Angus/Angus Cross Heifers. Heifers were preg tested NDP by vet on the 24th April 2025. Heifers are medium to large frame and show very good bone and type. There is 162 heifers in the draft which will be sold as 2 lots of 82 drafted 5x5 out of draft. These heifers have very good temperament, worked very well through the yard and race considering they were only preg tested the day before assessing. Note on mouthing - only mouthed the bigger heifers in mob. Any lighter heifer mouthed were very good milk teeth. Notable traits numbers are 50% of total numbers. A very good line of heifers suitable for feedlot and take through to heavy kill heifers. Would also make a very good line of future breeders.
