Assessor Comments
An excellent line of March-April drop Angus heifers. Ave full weight at assessment 295kgs (253-375). Heifers are out of Team Te Mania cows purchased back in 2020 and sired by Mundarlo Angus bull. Heifers are being sold to make room for the cows going into summer. Grassfed and antibiotic free these heifers would be the perfect addition to an existing breeding program or someone looking for a starter herd given their genetic background or could be carried through to kill weight. Heifers will be weaned at delivery.
A feature of these heifers was their temperament. For unweaned cattle they were extremely quiet when being handled throughout the whole assessment process.
Please note: 1 heifer with white under brisket and around the udder (see photos). There is 1 small heifer present in the video which has been removed from the assessment.
