Quality line of spring-drop, vendor-bred Angus and Black Baldy steers. These well-bred weaners are out of medium to large-framed Angus-blood cows from Bongongo, Galimbang, Rennylea and Reiland bloodlines, and are sired by high-indexing Bongongo and Flemington Angus bulls. The steers are showing good growth and weight for age, with the genetics and performance to suit a wide range of backgrounding and finishing programs. They have been yard weaned, received all standard animal health treatments, and are ready to continue performing. Marathorn cattle have built a strong reputation for productivity and performance, with previous buyers consistently pleased with their results. This is a reliable and proven line of quality steers that should attract strong competition.
