Heifers move well through the yards and respond to pressure. Some heifers in the group do tend to move away quicker than others in the yards and tend to agitate in the weigh box. The heifers were fine to handle, see media included.

A good line of 22 x Sep/ Oct 2025 Drop NSM Bongongo & Hazeldean Blood Angus Heifers. The heifers present evenly as a group, they exhibit frame for their weight and will perform very well if given the opportunity. This group of heifers have experienced a tight autumn and cold winter; they have performed well given the conditions. The heifers will grow into medium to large frame cows. Birroon selects sires for growth, fertility and structural soundness. This group of heifers responds favourably to calm handling in the yards and presented well for photos and assessment. Grassfed eligible for buyers looking to secure heifers for kill markets later on.
