Very quiet young heifers. All bucket reared, extensively handled. Very quiet to deal with in the yards, push them around by hand. All led up the race well, bar the odd heifer that turned around in the race. Quiet to walk amongst in the large yards for photos. Quiet, well weaned heifers that could be handled by a stock person of any experience.

Assessor Comments
Quality line of young, well started heifers. All bred by the vendor, bucket reared for an extended period, weaned on to pellets, then brought over to the feedlot to be started on a grain ration. Had every animal health treatment thrown at them to give them the best start and are going ahead now and showing good daily weight gain. These Calves are throwing well to the attributes of the Angus, shaping up well with good depth of body and good length. An ideal line of heifers to continue on a feed ration and target a domestic or export market, or even take a draft out of them and put together a very nice line of future vealer mothers! Buyers please Note. Vendor has another 2 lots in same sale.
