Cattle flowed well through the yards and draft with only the odd steer stirring or pushy in the race. Steers are quiet to walk between yards. Steers have also had a truck ride into house yards from various sets of yards over the property.

Assessor Comments
Buyers 106 very good quality PCAS eligible Droughtmaster feeder steers. These steers are best described as large frame relative to age & in store condition with buyer expected to see plenty of compensatory gain. Steers show good, bone, length & frame, performing well on grain or grass for previous purchasers. In this lot 50 head were mouthed at assessment with only 1 x 2 tooth presenting the balance all milk teeth. At assessment buyers 4 x steers were noticed with old fly bite scarring, 1 x head with old blue eye scarring & 4 x head that were cut late in April but are genuine steers being checked at assessment. Overall steers are ideal to go on crop to be finished for grass fed job or go on to grain for short fed program.
