STEERS CAN BECOME AGITATED WHEN SINGLED OUT, BUT SETTLE WHEN RETURNED TO THE MOB. A NUMBER OF STEERS BECAME AGITATED WITHIN THE CONFINES OF THE CRUSH AND EXITED QUICKLY TO RETURN TO THE
