Steers were a little unsettled when placed under pressure but quickly settled when backing off. Not stirry by any means but will improve with handling. Coming from a very quiet herd that have no issues with temperament in any of their females.

Small line of 12 Weaner Steers from the Darlow family. Principally an Autumn Calving herd with all weaners traditionally sold in December each year they do have a small mob of Spring calving cows, this is the steer drop from that draft of cows. Black coated Composite Steers that offer the best of both worlds with the Hybrid Vigour of the Hicks Beef Composite blood to give them that extra punch wrapped up in the black hide. Vendor also has another 15 yearling steers averaging 352kg in this same sale. Steers are grass fed and antibiotic free and vendor can provide a PCAS Non-Certified Supplier Declaration on request.
