Steers were good to handle in the yards, they worked well through the yards and crush at assessment. There was no signs of aggression from any steers although the odd one stirred up when put under pressure or was separated from there mates.

A good line of 122 Droughtmaster Brahman Cross Steers, all 1 Brand , HGP Free, mostly large and medium framed backgrounder type steers that have been bred on semi coastal country west of Townsville, so expect to see excellent weight gains on heavier country. Vendor has backlined steers with Dectamax Pour on 15/05/25. 1 Steer was noticed at assessment with a slight whiteness of the near eye, not considered detrimental to future growth. Please refer to photos. PLEASE ALSO NOTE VENDOR HAS A LINE OF 110 HEIFERS ALSO AVAILABLE IN THIS SALE.

An excellent line of backgrounder feeder type steers only being sold as the property has been sold. Steers are 1 Brand, bred on coastal type country, very quiet to handle and have a great reputation for doing well.
