These weaners were easy to handle. They respond correctly to pressure. Odd animal did have a bit of run when being drafted but was settled once back with their friends in the bigger yard.

Assessor Comments
Presenting a b-double load of Angus and Angus cross weaner steers. These weaners were purchased in to graze cereal crops and are being sold to lock crops up for harvest. They were sourced from northern NSW/southern QLD from late May to early June. Due to a lack of yard space, timing and with insufficient weighing facilities these cattle are being sold as cents per kg only. Weighed full less 5% at registered weigh bridge - Rodney’s Transport Services Bomen, approx 20kms north of property. Weights are an approximation so some minor variation is expected. These cattle have had the best of their paddock currently and would not be gaining weight but should be holding therefore immediate compensatory weight gains are expected. A prompt pick up would be preferred but not essential. A decent run of Angus and Angus cross weaners that have been on the improve since arriving and will continue to fly now spring has sprung. Please note vendor is also offering heifers in today’s sale.
