Relaxed Red Shorthorn Steers which have had plenty of handling since their purchase in Early March as very skinny steers. The 3 white steers have had the same amount of handling and are just as chilled around humans. Only 2 got slightly fizzy when pushing thru very ordinary stock yards and all got pushed onto, (and off), the scales by hand, without any issues.

3 Head Old eye scarring
Assessor Comments
Small line of Red Shorthorn Steers which are really marching forward in condition. These cattle were purchased as skin and bone in early March & were eased into grazing, but have now found their feet and flying! Have had all their health treatments and some bulls were marked in March, but all are clearly steers now. Please note, 3 with slight eye scarring that is not detrimental & one steer has a completely dead eye, for which he is the most easy going steer in em, so this does not affect his daily program. These steers will hit the ground running and transition to any and every environment they land. Very nicely marked cattle.
