Assessor Comments
17 Angus heifers presenting in store condition that had an average weight at assessment of 276.2kg after a -5% curfew. Buyers here is an opportunity to purchase cattle with big compensatory weight gains as these heifers are all frame and no condition. If drenched and introduced to a higher nutrition these heifers should respond quickly. Since being purchased heifers have been in a rotational grazing program so they are very well handled in the paddock. Please note; Buffalo fly noted to be on cattle at assessment with a % of heifers with light irritation around eyes and head. Same vendor has sister lot in this sale.
