Cattle have weaned very well this year and were easy to handle in and around the yards with very few weaners getting agitated from confinement, Cattle walked out into paddocks with ease as well.

A quality line of Vendor bred Charolais and Charolais British Cross weaned steers. A very smart line of steers that show plenty of punch for their age at 7 to 8 months averaging 276 kg full and toped out 312 kg. This line of steers are the lighter draft of the complete drop of steer weaners that are bred out of very large framed cows. Vendor spares no expense when purchasing replacement sires from Palgrove, Ascot and P.J Charolais studs with white and red factor bulls being used. Steers present in fresh forward condition and have done considerable very well given the dry conditions and show outstanding thickness , stretch and are heavy boned, perfect articles for backgrounding through the winter or finish on grass and grow out to bullocks to suit the domestic or export grass markets. Grass Fed and Anti Biotic Free (Declaration available). Please note vendor has a lot of heavier weaned steers and heifers on offer in this same sale.
