Steers were quiet and easy to handle throughout the assessment. They flowed through the yards with ease. 1 steer noted to be slightly stirry in the crush. Once released, he became calm.

Buyers, to be offered for sale are 20 Angus Yearling Steers. Averaging 314.7Kg at assessment with a tight weight range of 280Kg - 347Kg. Late September/October 2024 drop. These steers are well bred and come out of a Cow herd that has been based on Te Mania and Rennylea genetics for the last 12 years. A portion of these steers are AI sons of Baldridge Versatile, with the balance sired by Rennylea Bulls and Lawson's Rocky blood Bulls. These steers present in good store to forward store condition. Cattle will react very quickly to favourable feed. Perfect condition to take on to reach feeder weights quickly or take further into heavy kill cattle suitable for the domestic and export market. Very odd steer with small warts on neck (view photos). A great opportunity to secure a neat body truck load of 20, vendor bred Angus steers that are well bred, quiet and in perfect condition for quick weight gain opportunities.
