Buyers HGP free xbred feeder steers with the majority being Angus x. These steers suit the heavy feeder steer market, they could also be taken on to export bullock weights. The 19 vendor bred steers are well grown & show great weight for age. These steers have had access to Ridley Beef Finisher pellets that contains Monensin which rules them out of antibiotic free grass progammes. The steers with Bos Indicus content were flatback to minimal crest.
