Lovely heifers to work with throughout assessment. All brought from the back yards by a single handler, followed their own nose around the force yard and up the race. All stepped on to the scales quietly, and not one exited the crush faster than a walk. In the back yards, they have a small flight zone, are quiet to walk through and not unnecessarily reactive. A real pleasure to work with and credit to the vendor.

Assessor Comments
Lovely line of super quiet, Rennylea & Te Mania Angus Blood Heifers with the added bonus of EU & Never Ever Accreditation. The Star family have been using Rennylea Angus genetics for north of 20 years now, and with the recent introduction of Te Mania Angus in to their program, these heifers boast a very impressive pedigree. Always selecting bulls that compliment the families primary operation focus of producing kill steers, being positive growth figures, EMA, IMF & Dressed Weight. These heifers are out of a large framed herd of heavily classed cows and would suit to target any operation, be it, put out with the Bulls, or grow out to feedlot or export specs - these young females have the reputation to make an ideal investment for any chosen market. Please also take note of the temperament of these young cattle. Exceptional to handle throughout all aspects of the assessment.
