Temperament not assessed in Paddock
As expected, these weaners have the ability to get slightly fizzy if pressure is applied. Whilst completing the assessment they were good to draft through a round yard style draft and calm in the crush. I personally have not handled these heifers in the paddock.

Assessor Comments
'Banchory' presents 40 vendor-bred, EU Angus/Angus heifers, June/July 2025 drop. These heifers are presented in forward store condition, weighing from 232kg to 378kg full and averaging 306kg full at assessment. The heifers have been supplemented with oaten hay at approximately 4kg/head/day, which may have slightly plateaued weight gain, however they present in very good health and are showing strong potential going forward. As outlined in the assessment, these heifers are fully up to date with all animal health requirements, including 7-in-1 vaccination, injectable drench, selenium and Bovishield/Rhinoguard vaccinations. One heifer displayed slight active pinkeye at assessment and was treated; with treatment to continue through until delivery if required. Further details can be discussed at delivery. An excellent opportunity to secure a well-bred line of Angus heifers suitable for backgrounding, future breeding or feeder programs.
