Assessor Comments
A nice line of Angus and Black baldy feeder heifers on offer, these heifers were purchased as a group of 100 head from Wangaratta store sale last year as a trade option to place on multi species crop and have grown out well. They are good framed, well bred heifers and are not over fat so would feed on very well or alternatively they have the breeding and type to go into a breeding herd to rebuild numbers. Heifers will be preg tested prior to delivery for buyer confidence. There is 86 head in total to be offered as 2 lots of 43 on a run out the gate basis and we will get them as even as possible including 7 black baldies in each mob if sold to different buyers. There is 3 heifers with old pink eye scarring in one eye not deemed detrimental and one heifer was treated at assessment if not healed will be taken out prior to delivery.
