AS & KM Cain, 'Oakbank' Heywood Vic, will offer a line of 44 EU accredited Angus X Steers 15 to 16 months, Bushy Park, GAR, SAV bloodlines, PCAS, Grass Fed & Antibiotic Free. All these steers are sired by Angus Bulls and have thrown to a red gene or back to their Hereford Heritage. Steers will present in forward fresh store condition, weighed from 400 to 546kgs to average 464kgs full at assessment. Steers would be perfect to put on feed or finish on grass, with the capacity to finish at domestic and export weights given the opportunity. Nice soft cattle with great bone, width and good structured steers that won't disappoint, steers were weaned at 5 months and run at very high stocking rates. Vendors are offering 548 steers in today's sale with this line of the Angus X representing 44.
