Very well educated & handled weaner steers. These steers are also very respectful of the vendors good working dogs. Good to handle in the yards, only 2 steers were slightly agitated in the crush, but were fine when back with the mob. As seen in the media the steers were very quiet in the paddock.

A very impressive line of ‘tops of the drop’ breeders steers. These steers are from a Dunoon blood cow herd with sires also used from Springwaters & Thompsons Studs. Bulls are selected for balanced data, growth & phenotype. These steers are soft and thick, they have great bone and are a credit to the Nicholls family. Previous drops have been sold on APlus as weaners including to repeat buyers or retained and grown out to feeder weights that have been sold into high end Angus feeder programs. The Nicholls herd is a noted doing, quality Angus herd. 20% tail of mob drafted out at assessment. Steers that have settled and are on the do from being weaned early this month. Selling as Grass fed & Antibiotic Free. Highly Recommended.
