Calves handled well through the assessing process with vendor pushing 80% of calves on to the platform from the force yard. The odd calf spooked standing on the platform, but generally all of the calves handled with a degree of docility through the whole process.

A ripping run of Angus Steers that have weighed impressively well. Weight for age the calves are doing extremely well and weight gain is starting to stack up, with the steers putting on over 10 kgs a week for the past 2.5 weeks. The condition of the steers is quite forward with them starting to silk up in their coats and genuinely priming. Like the heifers the cattle were a pleasure to handle, something this operation takes pride of is the temperament of their cattle.
