Assessor Comments
A very good line of Angus and Angus Cross weaner Steers. 1 brand account breeder. Top of 60% of Steers being offered. Principally from Angus, Angus cross cows with some Santa, Simmental and Brangus influence. Steers worked very well through the yards and crush and will be weaned until delivery. Have deducted 4% weight loss until delivery but buyers to make own judgement on weight loss due to weaning. Will be feed good quality hay, cotton seed, silage and grain ration during weaning. Steers are very well grown and show good bone and muscling. Very suitable to take through to any feeder markets or heavy kill cattle. Note - Vendor has another 18 crossbred steers this sale. Buyers please note - if good rain comes in as predicted steers will be let out of yards into a holding paddock with good feed. Supplementary feeding will continue.
