*****Selling $/kg, weighed full less 5% at nearest weighbridge (Allansford 30kms away)*****
Offering on behalf of 'Bay of Islands' - Irvine Family, are 76 outstanding Angus Steers that tick all the boxes. Steers are exceptional quality, please note the weight for age. Bred from medium to large frame Te Mania blood cows, with 60% sired by A.I using Te Mania TED & TONIC which are both noted for their strong growth & carcass traits. Balance of steers also sired by natural Te Mania sires. (please refer breeding comments). Please note the husbandry for buyer confidence (unable to fit all treatments in), but all vaccines, multimin/B12, drench and pink eye vaccines administered/up to date. Steers are a delight to handle, in both yards and paddock, vendor very strict on temperament. Steers present as a very even line, drafted to suit a feeder job, but also suitable to continue on a grass/bullock job as they have only just ticked over 12 months of age and currently "on the do" at over 1.5kg/day. Steers have received positive feedback from previous purchasers both feedlot and grass finishers and come highly recommended.
